A week get away in San Diego, mostly for golfing, plus a weekend in San Diego at a friend of Susan's who, in a small world story, knew a few people at my former company and I actually knew 2 out of 3 of them! I didn't realize that 5-10 miles (8-16 km) inland from the coast, the temperature soars in the desert-like environment! I had previously only spent time on the coastal part of San Diego. |
